Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes or yams
    vegetable oil
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash, peel and slice the longway the potatoes.
    Fry in an iron pan or heavy skillet, one layer at a time.
    Turn to brown both sides lightly. Lift onto platter and, if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or eat plain. Serves 5.
