Scalloped Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, cleaned and drained
    2 c. herb-seasoned croutons
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in 8 x 8-inch baking dish or loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
