Picnic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
Peanut Butter Chip Frosting
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
In medium saucepan, combine water, butter and cocoa.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add eggs and sour cream; beat just until blended.
Add cocoa mixture; beat just until blended.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Spread Peanut Butter Chip Frosting.
