Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli flowerets only (steamed 3 to 5 minutes)
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped red onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, bacon or Parmesan, Cheddar and onion.
    Mix together mayo, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over broccoli and toss gently.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    Serves 12.
