Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. oil
    8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped ripe bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring. Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and 1 cup pecans.
    Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on racks.
    Spread frosting between layers and on top and sides.
    Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
