Salmon Salad Or Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. small cottage cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mild onion
    salad dressing
    1 c. cucumber, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    4 Tbsp. pepper and pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Let salmon and lemon juice stand 1 hour.
    Mix well and garnish with hard-cooked eggs in a lettuce lined bowl.
