Papa'S Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean pork loin, cut in 1-inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 to 6 peeled potatoes, cut in bite size
    batch of biscuits
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    In a large skillet, coat pork in flour and brown in butter. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and water.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add potatoes.
    Simmer until tender.
    Stir in half and half.
    Bring back to simmer.
    Pour into well-buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    Place raw biscuits on top. Bake at 450\u00b0 until biscuits are brown.
