Tofu Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) boxes lime gelatin
1 (20 oz.) block soft tofu
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
2 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 block margarine, softened
Preparation

Melt gelatin in boiling water; let cool.
Make a crust by scraping the filling off of the Oreo cookies.
Crush the cookies and mix in with margarine.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and let set in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Mix tofu in blender. Add the gelatin mix.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour the tofu mixture into the crust and chill until set, preferably overnight.
