Vegetable Passover Kugel * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw grated apple (1 apple)
    1 c. raw grated sweet potato (1 sweet potato)
    1 c. raw grated carrots (2 medium carrots)
    1 c. matzo cake meal
    1 scant c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. or less sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch casserole or muffin tins.
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Pour into the baking dish.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
    If tins, bake 30 minutes.
    Raise oven temperature to 350\u00b0; remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
    Slice and serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Can use processor.
