One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean tender beef cut in sm. pcs.
    2 tbsp fat
    1 med. chopped onion
    1 c. green beans
    1 med.green chopped pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 med pototo, sweet or Irish
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat. Add next 6 ingredients, add liqour from beans or 1 cup water. Mix well, pour in casserole, top with your favorite topping. Cook 20-30 min. at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4-6 servings.
