Egg, Sausage, Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    5 oz. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    1 lb. sausage
    1 pt. half and half
    6 slices bread, decrusted and buttered
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place bread along bottom of dish (13 x 9-inch).
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Lay over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese, then combine remaining ingredients and pour over top.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
