Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. small tortillas (room temperature)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion; drain.
    Add taco seasoning (as directed on package).
    Simmer until thickened.
    Put 1 tablespoon meat mixture in center of tortilla.
    Put 1/2 slice cheese on top. Fold tortilla diaper style.
    Hold in place with toothpick.
    Fry in oil until lightly browned.
    Drain on paper.
    Serve with salsa or sour cream.
