Villa Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. pork roast (boneless)
3 large tomatoes, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. cumin seed
2 small cans green chilies
Preparation

Cube pork and dredge in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown.
Add remaining ingredients to pot.
Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Add water if necessary. Serve with warm tortillas or over rice.
Serves 4.
Freezes very well.
