Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes taco seasoning (1 1/4-oz.)
2 envelopes Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix (2 oz.)
2 cans hominy
2 cans red kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans with jalapenos
4 cans Rotel tomatoes
3 white onions, diced
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation

Brown and drain meat.
Add garlic, onion. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
Add undrained vegetables and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
Add seasoning packets and simmer 15 minutes.
Simmer on low 1 hour.
Water may be added to thin soup.
Serve with chips or cornbread.
