German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    5 large potatoes
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook bacon crisp.
    Crumble.
    Saute celery and onion in bacon drippings.
    Combine sugar, flour and seasoning.
    Stir into drippings.
    Add vinegar.
    Add to potato.
    Let stand covered for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add bacon about 10 minutes before serving.
