Egg Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Crumble and lightly brown sausage. Drain off grease and blot between paper towels.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese and sausage.
Place in refrigerator in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
