Coconut Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Eagle Brand milk
    1 pt. whipping cream
    2/3 pkg. flaked coconut *
    2 pt. half and half
    1 small bottle coconut extract
Preparation
    *Adjust amount per taste.
    I use about a cup.
