Pasta Al Forno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. short macaroni tubes
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water 7 minutes; drain.
    Brown loose beef with onion.
    Add mushrooms; cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in sauce and wine.
    Add cooked macaroni and stir together.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 12-inch) baking dishes.
    Cover with cheese.
    Cover pans with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 12.
