Double Bran Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unprocessed wheat bran
    2 c. oat bran
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/3 c. oil
    1 1/3 c. honey
    8 eggs
    3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients except raisins in a large bowl and stir well.
    Combine wet ingredients and raisins in another bowl and beat well.
    Add raisins.
    Add dry ingredients and stir just Store in a large glass jar or bowl in fridge up to 3 weeks.
    When ready to bake, fill muffin cups full and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
