Grits And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked regular grits
    6 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 lb. processed American cheese spread, diced
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Stir grits into boiling water and add salt.
    Return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter, cheese and hot sauce, stirring until butter and cheese melt.
