Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, diced (reserve drippings)
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
Preparation

Saute bacon until crisp; remove bacon and reserve.
Saute onion in drippings until lightly browned.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper; heat to boiling.
Add potatoes, parsley and bacon; heat thoroughly and serve immediately.
Serves 4 generously.
