Boneless Deer Meat With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2-inch thick slices deer meat (rump portion)
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    16 oz. beer
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 medium sliced onions
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil or shortening
    Dutch oven pot
    wooden mallet
Preparation
    Place two tablespoons of oil in Dutch oven or large pot with lid.
    Heat over medium-high temperature.
    Pound meat with mallet using facet side.
    Sprinkle flour on both sides of meat lightly. Brown meat on both sides, adding oil as needed.
    Add beer, rosemary, seasoned\tsalt
    and
    black
    pepper.
    Simmer 45 minutes. Add onions\tand green pepper.
    Simmer for 15 minutes or until done.
