Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage or bacon
4 slices bread, cubed (not toasted)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage or bacon and drain.
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and spread bread cubes evenly over bottom.
Crumble sausage or bacon over bread.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together and pour over sausage or bacon.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
