Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium carrots
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Cut carrots on bias in 1-inch pieces.
Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water until tender (about 20 minutes).
Drain. Combine next 4 items in small saucepan.
Add orange juice and cook, stirring all the time, until thick and bubbly.
Then boil 1 minute more and stir in oleo.
Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
