Hot Spanish Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. diced onions
1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese, cubed
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions (omit salt). Drain thoroughly (reserve liquid, 1/2 cup).
Melt margarine; add flour and stir until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add reserved spinach liquid, milk and next 6 ingredients.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add spinach and mix.
Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon melted margarine.
Sprinkle over spinach.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve hot over crackers or raw vegetable.
