Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. orange juice
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. fresh apples
1/4 c. sugar mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together apples with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Place 1/2 apple mixture on top of butter, pouring 1/2 sugar and cinnamon on them. Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
