Deep Fried Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and oil.
    Stir in half of flour and mix well, then work in rest of flour.
    Roll dough out in four 7-inch rounds, 1/8-inch thick.
    Put fried bulk sausage, pizza sauce, mushrooms and cheese on each round.
    Fold dough over and press edges real tight.
    Deep fry in hot lard for 10 minutes on a side.
    You may add different items, whatever you prefer on your pizza.
