Delicious Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
20 Ritz or snack crackers, crushed

Preparation

Grease a pie pan well.
Beat the egg whites real stiff.
Add sugar, a little at a time.
Add vanilla.
Fold in pecans or walnuts and the cracker crumbs.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Top with whipped topping.
Refrigerate.
