Hungarian Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    6 eggs, hard boiled
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Coat 1 qt. baking dish with butter and dust sides and bottom with bread crumbs.
    Layer sliced precooked potato and sliced eggs. Cover with 1/2 sour cream.
    Dash with pepper, salt and 1 tsp. butter.
    Repeat. Top with a sprinkling of paprika.
