Banana Cream Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. banana
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix or beat eggs, sugar and banana well; add in salt, flour and baking soda.
Grease and flour an 11 x 12-inch cookie sheet or one size larger.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Loosen with spatula. Roll and cool 20 minutes.
