"Ritzy" Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. chicken thighs
1 block margarine, melted
2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Blenderize Ritz crackers until fine crumbs. Mix in seasonings. Wash and take skin off chicken.
Line two 9 x 13-inch pans with aluminum foil. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter to coat and then in Ritz crumbs.
Place in foil lined pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
