Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard to make sauce.
    Mix 1/2 cup sauce, meat, egg, onion, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper well.
    Shape in loaf pan.
    Top with remaining sauce. Do not cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
