Rice-Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. rice, cooked as directed
    1 box chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 medium (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Pour hot water over the broccoli; let stand for 5 minutes. Drain well.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Make 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
    Bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
    If frozen, be sure to allow more time for baking.
