7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
1 c. 7-Up
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add 7-Up alternately with flour.
Stir in vanilla and lemon extract. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Better results are obtained when ingredients are at room temperature.
