Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 cans small peas, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine until tender, but do not brown.
    Add peas, chestnuts and pimentos.
    Add mushroom soup to mixture and place in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with Ritz or cheese cracker crumbs.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven and allow to just bubble. Serves 6.
