Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. long grain rice
2 1/3 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 (1.25 oz.) envelope onion soup mix or herb and garlic
1 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish, stirring well.
Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Yields 8 servings.
