Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. beef broth (bouillon cubes)
    2 c. milk
    4 c. diced cooked potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Blend in flour and beef broth.
    Stir vigorously with wire whisk.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add milk and potatoes.
    Crumble fried bacon in soup.
    Let simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
