Teriyaki Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. water
dash of each: garlic powder and ginger
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine soy sauc with sugar, onion, garlic powder and ginger. Let stand 10 minutes.
In bowl, mix meat and crumbs; stir in soy sauce.
Shape into 3/4-inch meat balls.
Place meat balls 1/2 inch apart in pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Made additional soy sauce recipe to pour over meat balls, if desired.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Cover so meat balls will not dry out or keep basting with soy sauce.
Serve with wild rice.
