Chicken To Go Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    3 (5 oz.) cans chicken
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    cornflakes
    1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) chopped or sliced, drained mushrooms
    1 can Pillsbury flaky buttermilk or Hungry Jack Butter Tastin' biscuits
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk, all at once, and cook about 1 minute, until thickened.
    Stir in chicken, cheese and mushrooms.
