Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    2 c. rolled oats
    2/3 c. butter or Crisco
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix milk, oats, butter, salt and brown sugar.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Combine yeast and water. Stir in oat mixture.
    Mix with eggs and flour and let stand 1 hour.
    Punch down.
    Divide in 2 loaves.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
