Steamed Chinese Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork or ham
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (except wonton wrappers) by hand until bound together.
Place one tablespoon mixture in wrapper. Fold square wrapper into triangle and then into another triangles. Place dumplings into steamer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Drizzle with soy sauce.
Makes 50 dumplings.
