Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. margarine
    sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins; cool off.
    Shred potatoes on big side of grater.
    Put shredded cheese and 1/4 cup margarine in saucepan; let it melt.
    Remove from stove.
    Put sour cream, onions, salt and pepper in.
    Fold into potatoes in greased casserole.
    Dot with 2 teaspoons margarine; sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
