Red Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 red bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    pulp of 1 orange, remove seeds
Preparation
    Wash and remove seeds from bell peppers and grind or chop.
    Add all ingredients together.
    Boil 1/2 hour.
    Put in hot half pint jars.
    Seal with lids that have been boiled and are hot.
    Put jars in boiling water bath.
    Boil for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 half pints.
