Cranberry Float - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cranberry juice cocktail
    1 qt. ginger ale
    1/2 gal. lemon sherbet
Preparation
    Combine the chilled cranberry juice and ginger ale in punch bowl.
    Spoon lemon sherbet to cover the surface of the punch. Serve immediately.
    Yield:
    5 quarts.
