Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
raw potatoes, scrubbed and quartered (number of potatoes optional)
flour
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish in oven.
Shake potatoes in half flour and half Parmesan cheese mixture.
Place potatoes in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Turn after first 30 minutes.
