Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    5 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover bottom of pan with bread slices. Top with sausage, cheeses, then mushrooms.
    Combine mustard with milk.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
