Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk (evaporated milk), diluted
    1 c. green peas
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    dash of pepper
    3 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Saute green pepper in butter over low heat.
    Blend in soup and milk; stir until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat slowly. Stir to prevent scorching.
    Serve on fluffy boiled rice.
