Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes, cubed
    1/2 stalk celery, diced
    5 c. water
    1/3 c. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except milk, in heavy saucepan.
    Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Add milk; cook 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
