Pocket Lunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. browned ground beef
2 large onions, sliced
2 cans sauerkraut
12 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation

Use your favorite bread dough mix.
Mix accordingly.
Let rise.
Pat down.
Divide into pieces and roll out.
Place filling of choice on end of rolled dough.
Pull end over end and pinch edges together.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
Great with mustard!
