Sweet Potato Surprise Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. broken pecans
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    large marshmallows, halved
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain and mash until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients, except marshmallows and oil; mix well.
    Chill for easier handling.
    Mold sweet potatoes around marshmallows; shape each into a ball and roll in additional crushed corn flakes.
    Refrigerate to set.
    Fry in deep oil at 375\u00b0 for about 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned; drain well.
